How Is Traditional Ramen Made?

Salt ramen broths are considered to be the most traditional of the four types of ramen broths available today. Generally speaking, it is a light, transparent broth (often a pale yellow or brown color) that is created by simmering chicken bones or pork bones, vegetables, fish, and/or seaweed in water until the flavors have diffused, and then seasoning with enough of salt to taste.
