I think it’s fantastic that Nongshim has developed these vegan noodles.Given that I was a big admirer of their Shin Ramyun Black hot noodles, I considered those to be my sacrifices when I decided to go vegetarian.To my delight, I discovered that they had both a vegetarian and vegan version of the Black, with little discernible variation in flavor: very spicy, with a wonderful broth and excellent noodles.I would recommend both.
